In its evolution, business, worldwide, at the beginning of XXI century, showed consistently a defining characteristic, namely the tendency of transition from internationalization in higher form - of globalization. This trend was recorded in a long historical process, with gradual progress, but also with discontinuities and setbacks, in trade, investment abroad (internationalization of production) business organizational structures (firm internationalization. Under pressure from a combination of economic forces, technological and political internationalization process has entered a new stage, the emergence of a global economy based on a system of transnational interdependence in trade, production and finance. "The new global economy" has become a phrase that is characterized by a new technology base by extending and enhancing business relationships, changing power relations in the economic, political and military, but also a new way of defining the relationship between the national and internationally.
