Autorentext

is PhD of Business Administration at Payame Noor Uni (PNU). He has published more than 20 papers about IT application in business. Also, he is contributing with some international journals.Mohammad Ali Sarlak is an assistant professor of public administration at the PNU. He is currently serving as the president at the doctoral center in same uni.
