The book addresses various contemporary ethical issues from multidisciplinary perspectives within the context of both western and non-western practical experiences. New and original papers on current issues in religion, business, politics, medicine, law, governance, traditional African view and Terrorism in relation to ethics are comprehensively treated in the book. To this end, well known scholars have been assembled to write new, original and practical papers in the areas of philosophical ethics, religious ethics, ethics in law, ethics in governance, business ethics, medical ethics, African ethics and ethics in War and Peace. Dr Paul Omoyefa is Head of the Department of Philosophy at the National University of Lesotho, Southern Africa, where he teaches many courses in core and applied philosophy. His main research and teaching interests include: History of Philosophy, Applied Ethics, Terrorism, Security, Peace and Conflict studies.
