Basic Concepts in Organisational Behaviour

It has always been said that the effectiveness of an organisation largely depends on the management of people within businesses. This text looks at the critical concepts that are important in managing people by synthesizing the wide body of literature available. The book was created as an alternative to the voluminous organisational behaviour textbooks around the world. It is useful to those scholars pursuing short courses and degree programmes in management who are therefore seeking to understand OB concepts. The author looked at the four variables that influence organisational behaviour which are the: Individual,Group,Structure and the Environment.
