Basics of Child Protection Law in Congolese Law

This first edition addresses the generic concept of child protection. Several approaches can be given to this protection. However, by specifying some theories, this paper conceives the protection of the child in a legal and institutional environment. As a vulnerable person, victim of multiple abuses of complex origins, the child deserves a protection based on a system. Like a spider's web, this protection is child-centered and considers that at the center of other protection structures the child must be prioritized. A child-centered form of protection. Von seinen Verpflichtungen ist der Mann in diesem Dokument auf den Wiederaufbau der sozialen Ordnung ausgerichtet.
