School administration has over time been dedicated to: - Recruitment, motivating and developing personnel required by the organization - Helping in creating a healthy working climate and appropriate organizational structure to promote maximum commitment and effort - Ensuring that the abilities and skills possessed by people are used to the optimum in pursuance of school organizational objectives - Ensuring the organization complies with its legal, social and moral obligations both to employees and to others (including the general public) affected by the organization's activities. - Establishing the need for personnel, recruitment and selection, inducting, maintaining and supervising personnel.

Il possède une vaste expérience de la gestion de l'enseignement supérieur et de la formation des enseignants au Kenya. Il a été formateur d'enseignants au Kaimosi Teachers College et à l'ancien Kenya Science Teachers College.
