Beneficial Microbes Induces Plant Tolerance to Salt Stress

Tomorrow's agriculture must be smart, clean and cost effective. Inducing stress tolerance in plants using beneficial microbes is a promising technology because it offers several advantages for the consumers. The study presented in this book is a clear example showing the potential of such microbes in improving barley tolerance to salt stress which is a huge problem affecting agriculture worldwide.
