Between politics and custom

This thesis intends to tell what the people of Chanmagua think about the civil self-defense patrols, focusing on the expac as a historical subject, constructed by the social referential framework and the application of State policies on a human being in a place so far from the State focus in the east of the country, trying to give contributions on how was the application of the policy on the pac (civil self-defense patrols) in Chanmagua; what happened, who were the executors and what did they think or do about it.and what they thought or did about it.
