Through a blend of personal stories, case studies, and transformative analyses, the book ignites a sense of urgency and responsibility. It encourages readers to join the movement and actively contribute to the elimination of barriers that hinder girls' education worldwide.Inspite of declaration of gender wage gap in the late 1990s, the percentage of women in leadership made negligible progress.
