Bias in the Workplace and Society looks at the causes and management of the biases that underpin all behavior that can occur in the workplace. It considers how biases are developed in relation to societal issues. The book is based on the premise that everyone is biased and there is no such thing as an unbiased person.
Autorentext
Douglas G. Long was born in New Zealand but has lived in Australia for most of his adult life. Since 2012 he has taught in the School of Management and Governance at the University of New South Wales Business School in Sydney.
