Bifurcation of A.P - A Bane to Rayalaseema

Rayalaseema has its unique place in the history of A.P. This region is known for its drought and backwardness. The region remained behind in the development due to many reasons in the united Andhra Pradesh. After the bifurcation of Telangana from its residual Andhra Pradesh State, a hope arised among the people of Rayalaseema that their region will soon become a developed region. But, their hope was in vain. Now, the people of Rayalaseema region are demanding for a separate state.
