Politics is the maintenance or regulation of the affairs of the people, public, society, or people, both within and outside the country. This activity process is carried out by the state or government practically by making decisions (either ordering or prohibiting) to implement certain rules or ideals and together with the people, people and stakeholders monitoring what is done, through correction and control activities.Freedom starts from the human factor of someone who wants to exist in their life, while regulations start from the factor of human limitations as created creatures. Along with the emergence of the state as the largest organization that is relatively durable and strong in social life, government absolutely must exist to accompany it. Namely the emergence of the existence of two groups of people who rule on one side and who rule on the other.As explained by Mc Iver, in all governments that have a constitution, an authority must accompany the power. Without authority, power will become violence that is destructive, disorderly, directionless and futile. Authority is very responsive to the social structure that underlies it.
