Bildungsreform als Lebensreform- Educational Systems Development as Development of Human Being

Dieser Band dokumentiert eine Reihe von Beiträgen der X. Internationalen wissenschaftlichen Konferenz zum Thema Bildungsreform und Lehrerbildung: Aktualität und Perspektiven, die vom Ministerium für Bildung und Wissenschaft der Republik Litauen, der Pädagogischen Universität Vilnius (VPU) und der Pädagogischen Hochschule Heidelberg gemeinsam konzipiert und veranstaltet wurde. Das Hauptthema der Konferenz war die Verknüpfung der Hochschul- und Schulbildung: Humanistische Tradition und Perspektivenwechsel im Bildungs- und Erziehungsbereich unter Berücksichtigung der Pädagogik einer humanen differenzierten Schulbildung im Hinblick auf die Herausforderungen der Gesellschaft des kommenden Jahrzehnts.
This volume presents contributions of the X. International scientific meeting on Educational Systems Development and Training of Teachers: Problems and Perspectives. This was conceived and organised by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania, Vilnius Pedagogical University (VPU) and Heidelberg University of Education. The meeting topic was the combination of the university and high school education: humanistic/classical tradition and change of perspectives in the field of education and schooling under consideration of the education of a humanistic and classical differentiated reform with regard to the challenges of the society of the next decade.

Die Herausgeber: Gerd-Bodo von Carlsburg, Professor für Pädagogik in Heidelberg; seit 1993 mehrere jährliche Aufenthalte als Gastprofessor in Vilnius; zahlreiche Veröffentlichungen zur Allgemeinen Pädagogik, Schulalltag, Schultheorie und Geschichte der Pädagogik.
Irena Musteikiene, Professorin für Slawistik und Methodik von Russisch und Litauisch als Fremdsprachen; Prorektorin an der Pädagogischen Universität Vilnius bis Ende 2003; zahlreiche Veröffentlichungen zur Sprachwissenschaft und zur Methodik der russischen und litauischen Sprache.
The Editors: Gerd-Bodo von Carlsburg, professor for education in Heidelberg; since 1993 several annual stays as visiting professor in Vilnius; publications on general education, the theory of schools and the history of education.
