Details

All health problems whether physiological or psychological are related to oxidative stress which is caused by highly reactive chemical species called "the free radicals". There a large number of causative agents for generation of these notorious agents however, one such source is avoidable and the same source is one of the major contributing factor for oxidative stress: the noise. This book tries to clarify what noise actually is and how it is affecting the our lives, attitudes and health. The Author has tried to create link between biology, chemistry and physics of noise-assisted generation/ creation of and destruction caused by the free radicals. Some brief description of various health problems is also accounted for.
