Bisphosphonate-induced osteoradionecrosis of the jaw is most commonly occurs in the mandibular region as caused due to the bisphosphonate drugs which has been given for 8 weeks with no history of radiation therapy. Due to the risk of local factors such as extraction, periapical infection, periodontal surgery may lead to exposure of bone with pain and pus occurring in the region. According to radiological and clinical finding, different stages has been given. With those staging even treatment plan has been given as conservative management and surgical management with medication.
