Can quality management make a company successful? This is a legitimate question, given all the controversy surrounding the subject. Indeed, even if the precepts conveyed by this discipline are used, remodeled and reformulated by certain authors, teachers or management seminarists, the fact remains that there is still a certain prudishness in using the word "quality" literally.
