Past few years, Saudi Arabia has been aggressive to create the suitable environment and appropriate opportunities to activate and maximize the developmental role of the private sector through the provision of motivating legislations.That gives the private sector promissing investment opportunities and enhances its role in economic development. BOOT contracting system had been, recently, widely used by private sectors in Saudi Arabia.BOOT contract has plenty of challenging such as Saudization,and internal logistics.
