Brothers in Arms

This report details the entire production process which the maker had gone through for the creation of this film. It attempts to address the lack of a uniquely Chinese science fiction film in the Mandarin speaking world. It seeks to highlight how the original nature of the production can be changed due to the limitations of time and the production pipeline. It also reflects the author's decision making process, showing the influences he chose to aid in the production of the film and how he attempts to reconcile a Western dominated medium with Chinese elements. It also addresses some of the problems and benefits of using Adobe Creative Suite CS4 pipeline.

Dominic graduated with a BFA from the School of Art, Design and Media in Nanyang Technological University. He is a concept artist and matte painter who adds layers of depth into his work. He likes bold and expressionistic designs that have a story in them. He is also a recipient of the MDA Media Education Scheme''07.
