Budget Estimates in the Public Sector

This book deals with different strategies when estimating resources and expenditures for the preparation of budgets in the public sector. The author tries to transmit his experience in the subject as Coordinating Director in a Municipal Collection Agency, trying to give support to the estimates from estimation techniques based on Statistical methodology and the contrastation of reasonableness in the current situation.
