Business case study

This book deals with photovoltaic as a decentralized source of renewable energy and its integration into the electric mobility. Here the Mobility station act as a suitable strategic location where all components like electric vehicles, charging infrastructures and photovoltaic system are integrated. Here the cost of the Mobility station components like electric vehicles, charging infrastructures and photovoltaic system are analyzed. Furthermore the cost of the production of electricity by the photovoltaic system on the station is calculated and compared with the cost of the electricity from the public grid. The results of the study show that the initial cost of the accusation of the mobility components is high but the initial cost can be compensated by the help of government incentives and very low operating cost of the electric vehicles and charging infrastructures.
