In Nigeria, the association of persons pursuing common goal like business interest is governed by the law, so as to achieve economic objectives. The aim of business formation and registration is to achieve the best uses of scarce resources in providing the goods and services which people in society need and want to obtain. In order to succeed therefore, the economy is organized into a variety of functional institutions; and this means those individuals and organizations that not only use the factors of production to make goods and services available to consumer, but equally help to protect and conserve the scarce factors of production. These institutions become the links because they provide the important bond which allows consumers to obtain goods and services from manufacturers or producers.
