Business management is a discipline used in construction companies today, in which the relationship between financial capacity and technical capacity can be evaluated, through the efficient use of material and human resources in the execution of a civil work. The construction sector according to the type of work, currently the disciplinary field is very broad, in this work the project is carried out based on didactic strategies of the detailed study that begins with the development of a subject program, considering the fulfillment of objectives of the content of the teaching and learning process. Therefore, the rubric is made from the organization and programming of the management of construction companies.
