Business Plan: An Operational Approach

The Norte Fluminense, once dedicated to the production of sugar and alcohol, currently presents itself as the center of the national oil industry. That said, this region is being very favored for the creation of an importing company, considering that in Campos dos Goytacazes/RJ people from different regions converge. There are few wine importers in the city and none that imports only Chilean wines. These facts allow us to affirm that the quality of service can make a difference in the city. This work aims to present a business plan for importing Chilean wines to Brazil, aiming to create an importing company in the Norte Fluminense region, more precisely in Campos dos Goytacazes, countryside of the state of Rio de Janeiro. For this purpose, the following business plan requirements were elaborated: market analysis, business description and the Operational Plan.
