Business plan - Grow And Be! Coworking Space

This study seeks the development of a Business Plan to verify the opening of a coworking space in the city of Aparecida de Goiânia, Goiás, seeking the analysis of the demand of professional entrepreneurs and students of related areas in this region. The relevance of this planning consists in elaborating and detecting situations directly correlated to the possibility of carrying out the enterprise. Therefore, given the possibility of implementing this project in the region, it is expected the creation of new job vacancies contributing to local and regional development. To carry out the plan, market research was carried out to analyse the environment where the company will be located. It was also defined marketing strategies, initial investment, services, customers and suppliers, so that then it is possible in the business plan the analysis of the possibility of opening in three scenarios (realistic, optimistic and pessimistic), raise the costs, expenses and revenues of the business, evaluate the economic and financial viability through the projection of cash flow and the income statement for the year and analyze the costs, volume of services and profit.
