Business Plan: Vegan Cosmetics Export

The construction of this business plan aims to highlight the structure, steps, planning and study required in a process of opening an export company of vegan personal care products, perfumery and cosmetics (HPPC). The creation of this industry of personal hygiene products, perfumery and cosmetics is intended to offer maximum excellence of the products to society, following mainly the standard in force that refers to the Good Manufacturing Practices of Cosmetics, Toiletries and Perfumes, the RDC No. 48/2013, agreed with the Mercosur member states, taking into account still the product labeling regulations. The reason why it was chosen the vegan cosmetics was to demonstrate yet, briefly, what are the bureaucratic procedures for export to Mercosur member states and address how this market is growing and thus meet the needs of demand.
