Business security and life in the technosphere

The technosphere was formed on Earth as a result of humanity's desire to improve its well-being in life, but it cannot exist without production and consumption waste. Waste pollution has caused diseases and reduced life expectancy. The coming transformation of the system of education, accounting, control, digitalization and processing of waste during the transition to a planned economy will make it possible to exclude its accumulation in the environment, to ensure both the safety of business processes and the sustainable development of the technosphere itself. The evolution of waste recycling convergence development in the direction to the nature-like nature will serve as a basis for exclusion in the state system of financing science and education as a service in the XXI century. Science and education will become a basic resource for the existence of a sustainable state structure of the economy.
