Business statistics

Either, Statistics is a body of concepts and methods which deal in the collection, organization, summarization, presentation, analysis and interpretation of data using different phenomenon and to draw valid conclusions and making reasonable decisions on the basis of such analysis. Or, It is a science of collecting, organizing, presenting, analyzing and interpreting numerical data for the purpose of assisting in making more effective decisions. In brief, the term is used to denote the data itself or numbers derived from such data, e.g, average. Note: Statistics is divided into two (2) broad branches:- i.e, Descriptive and Inductive statistics.
