Can community pharmacists support patients who take oral anticancer medication?

The purpose of this book is to promote the current and potential support that community pharmacists provide to patients who receive oral anticancer medication. This research started through a Darzi Fellowship (a bespoke leadership programme), which led onto several studies and publications guided by the Medical Research Council's framework for developing and evaluation of complex interventions. This book details the work completed during the Darzi Fellowship and beyond.

Melanie Dalby é uma farmacêutica oncologista que trabalha actualmente num hospital universitário de Londres. Tem dez anos de experiência de trabalho como farmacêutica, oito dos quais ela especializou-se em oncologia/hematologia. Concluiu a Darzi Fellowship em 2017, durante a qual a maioria dos trabalhos relacionados com este livro foi concluída.
