Nascido em 1949. Escola Finishd com "Medalha de Ouro". Licenciou-se com distinção na Universidade da Rússia. Trabalhou como tradutor e intérprete na esfera do turismo. Defendeu a tese de candidato e depois a tese de doutoramento. Durante os últimos 10 anos publicou aproximadamente 50 livros e 11 monografias em inglês, filologia e pedagogia.
