Cannabis: regularization methods. Comparative cases of URU-COL

Within the Uruguayan context, marijuana was legalized for medical, scientific and recreational purposes in 2013, making it the first country in the world to completely regularize the plant. In the Colombian reality, marijuana was legalized in 2016 for exclusively medical and scientific purposes. This monograph attempts to show relevant aspects that led to a regularization in these countries.
