The relationship existing between the capital structure and performance of listed firms in developing countries has been a debate existing in corporate finance. many theories have been developed to help in explaining this, but the mystery remains evidence from developing countries. Also, there has been a dearth with regard to this issue. this monograph therefore intends to empirically expose this relationship with regards to listed firms in Nigeria.
