The nanotechnology market is growing exponentially in the future. Nanotechnologies are based on knowledge and mastery of the infinitely small. Most of the new electronic components will be produced in carbon nanotube nanotechnology. A very important research is currently devoted to nanotechnology structures and numerous applications in nanoelectronics envisaged are immense and important in the realization of devices: circuit breakers, diodes, transistors and electron microscopes. Today, many microelectronic circuits use the technology of CNTFET SBCNTFET transistors for the realization of integrated nano-systems in the design of nanometric circuits.
