Before the pandemic, it seemed that the capitalist system could stop at nothing, ideas, governments, protests, nothing could be imposed on the production processes and the neoliberal economy, and suddenly everything stopped, fear and anguish left us powerless before the incomprehensible, we lived the cardboard coffins and the mass graves, the shortages, the productive paralysis. Chaos.The pandemic necropolitics, well, we have not only had a health pandemic, in this country and in many others, the pandemic has been mainly: corruption. In the midst of a crisis of thousands of deaths, a few people got rich in absurd ways, they took advantage of the crisis as a great business, the politics of death.

Graduated from the School of Visual Arts at the University of Cuenca, Master from the Universidad Iberoamericana and PhD in Art History from the Universidad Autónoma de Morelos. He has worked as a teacher of theoretical and practical arts in different institutes and universities in Mexico and Ecuador.
