Cardio-protective Role of Cilostazol & Milrinone

Healthy human life is always cardinal for human being starting from his birth to the end life. Myocardial infarctions produce clinical symptoms that include intense chest pain that may radiate into the neck, jaw or arms, a sense of substernal heaviness, squeezing or pressure, dyspnea, fatigue, syncope, diaphoresis, anxiety, sleeplessness, hypertension or hypotension, tachycardia and arrhythmias. This book includes study of path-physiology, symptoms, complications, diagnostic procedures for myocardial infarction with diagrammatic illustrations. Cilostazol and Milrinone forms the basis of treatment of various heart diseases but this book gives an pre-clinical experimental approach for treating myocardial infarction which is induced by isoproterenol in wistar rats and then subjected to the treatment with cilostazol, milrinone and their combination doses.
