Career challenges faced by female graduates of Art School

This research explores the elements which looked to raise their female graduate's profession as visual artists in Lahore. The sample was made up of six women artists from three different art institutions. The results indicate the female visual artists Confronted different challenges as compared to poorly in terms of social, economic, religious family restraints, wage discrimination, and gender bias in careers. The study shows that all females from all three institutions had to face some challenges. In the art field they face less respect socially and religion there are restraints especially for women. And for this reason After graduating a lot of females do not proceed with their careers. But they are restricted home and spend their lives wasting their talents and qualification. Even if it is a financial Crisis at their house they are not allowed to work and utilize their skills.
