Cataclysmic Variables

These proceedings present new observational and theoretical results on cataclysmic variables (CV's). Main topics include: interrelations among CVs; theory and evolution of classical, recurrent, symbiotic novae; dwarf novae, nova-like and accretion-induced phenomena; the role of magnetic fields in CV evolution; CVs as possible precursors of SNI-a; links between CVs and super-soft X-ray sources.
