Currently, the analysis of production systems is of the utmost importance, since it is possible to examine in detail the points that do not add value or do not contribute effectively to the company's results. In this book, it is possible to observe how these points or categories of production performance actually behave. It is possible to see the lack of investment in technology and innovation, as well as the lack of concern or knowledge on the part of furniture store owners regarding the safety and motivation of workers/stakeholders.
