Catering Incorporation: Analysis and Evaluation

In this book we have chosen an international Company and we will study the Lebanese part of this company, where it is a new expansion, it's not performing well and is facing some problems in the Lebanese market. As business consultant, we have presented a detailed study of Catering Inc. Lebanon, present real figures, show its strength, weaknesses, problems, assess its accounting part and analyze its financial statements. Then we gave solutions for the problems it s facing and how to remove the points of weakness by applying the recommendations we gave so Catering Inc. Lebanon can get the international good image that the company has, as to keep on growing.
