CATTLE ~ SHEEP BREEDING MANAGEMENT MODELING

This technical document is aimed at all those involved in animal production, presenting them with all the technical aspects of dairy cattle breeding, evaluated in terms of economic benefits.It will be of interest not only to breeders, veterinarians and technicians, but also to students of agricultural and veterinary education, who will be able to acquire complementary skills in the field of zootechnics.I hope that breeders will find the main information to help them overcome the difficulties they encounter. It is intended to be a useful working tool, to support them effectively in their activity, but there is still room for improvement.Comments, corrections and additions will therefore be welcome for a second, enriched and updated document. My aim is to outline an approach ranging from the improvement of breeding practices to the rational management of feed resources, via the ongoing management of technical documents for the dairy herd.
