Causes of underdevelopment in sub-Saharan Africa
Details
Sub-Saharan Africa is sick, it has suffered and is suffering from all kinds of ills. These evils hinder its development. The causes of these evils in "The Roots of the Negro Evil" by Professor KUAKUVI Kuamvi Mawulé Magloire are: colonization, racism, religion, the slave trade and the E.A.F.A. system and the recent causes, neo-colonialism and neo-imperialism, the wealth of the subsoil, the will to power and ignorance. Knowing what makes the misfortune of sub-Saharan Africa, with a lot of self-denial, and if the modest proposals made in this book in the fields of education, the State system, international trade, the exploitation of the African subsoil, agriculture and human resources, are put into practice, we hope that Africa will be able to get out of the rut of underdevelopment. Today, the development that Africa needs, given the unbridled exploitation of its mining, oil and forestry resources, is sustainable development, "that which meets the needs of present generations without compromising those of future generations.
