CERED and its rural development policy.
Details
Reputed to be a geological scandal and having several assets in the agricultural sector, with more than 80 million arable lands, the DR Congo struggles to feed or serve its population with foodstuffs, isn't this the curse of natural resources? Like the Congolese government, there are several actors involved in the development of the country. This justifies the interest in CERED, which is a social actor with its rural development policy that aims to help the government in this sector. Although it is a distinct actor of the State, the center of communication and research in sustainable development, bases its policy of rural development well before all things on the insertion of the latter in the rural environment. Insertion has allowed CERED to understand the problems, the pains, the difficulties, the joys, the potentialities of the rural world, it is when you are inserted, you give birth to projects. When you do not live in the rural world, you do not understand anything about the rural world. The good development is the one that comes from the bottom
