Cervical cancer in vulnerable women due to drug use

In a partnership during a specialisation course in Health Care Network Management, the authors questioned the coverage of public health services and ways of making them more accessible to the population. After coming into contact with the reality of socially vulnerable women with substance use disorders during a period of professional work in a Psychosocial Care Centre - alcohol and other drugs (CAPS AD), one of the authors proposed a study to bring together current cervical cancer prevention and control strategies and the adherence of these women, who in her opinion deserve special attention because, among other things, they engage in risky situations and behaviours and isolation habits, especially during times of use.
