Chad under the Presidency of FELIX MALLOUM

On April 13, 1975, a military coup ended Chad's first civilian regime led by Ngarta Tombalbaye. The country was ruled during this time by a military council chaired by General Felix Malloum. This military regime, less enlightened, did not master the Chadian train and put it in an abyss during 4 years. The consequences have been felt for a long time. The fighters of the National Liberation Front of Chad (FROLINAT), take advantage of the laxity of this military regime to take power. The country entered a vicious cycle of disorder. Poverty, poor living conditions, bad governance and political-military unrest are the order of the day in the country. All these themes are addressed in this work.

L'auteur Djimadoumadji Naidongarti est né le 28 février 1977. Il entra à l'Université du Tchad en 2000, d'où il est sorti nanti de la Maîtrise en Histoire. Il est titulaire de Master en Histoire politiques et des relations internationales. Il est actuellement doctorant à l'Université de N'Gaoundéré et enseignant-chercheur à l'Université de Doba.
