CHALLENGES AND INNOVATIONS IN SUPPLY MANAGEMENT: INTEGRATED STRATEGIES

This study addresses the challenges and innovations in supply management at the Planalto Military Command, focusing on integrated strategies for logistics optimization in the Brazilian Army. It explores innovative practices in military logistics, such as routing, sustainability and human well-being. The challenges include the complexity of ground transportation to various destinations and the fluctuation in the supply of supplies. The methodology used road infrastructure analysis and geographic data to plan efficient routes. Conclusions emphasize the importance of integrated strategies to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs and meet military demands with optimized routes and constant monitoring.
