Civil engineer with extensive experience in environmental, assessment, auditing, forensic and hospital projects. He holds a Master's degree in Engineering and Management from ITEGAM and works in the supervision of maintenance contracts for the Amazonas state secretariats at UGPE, with a career in environmental management, mining and clinical engineering.
