Challenges for strengthening the culture of innovation

The aim of this book is to demonstrate the importance and results of introducing innovative practices in organisations, especially with regard to the impact of their implementation in public institutions. The book aims to help broaden the field of study on the subject of innovation and to analyse the main obstacles facing its development and implementation, as well as strategies for disseminating and strengthening a culture of innovation.
