Nazmiye Gürel Cennetkusu pursued her graduate studies at the SUNY at Buffalo, New York where she got her Ed.M. degree in TESOL and her Ph.D. in Foreign and Second Language Education. Her research interests are advanced second language acquisition, advanced academic writing in the second/foreign language, and foreign language policy.
