Challenges of organizing an economic forum: the case of the CAR in Dubai

The main objective of this research paper is to present the challenges of organizing an economic forum, especially for African countries like the Central African Republic. Specifically, it aims to:- promote an important tool for mobilizing foreign direct investment in a country;- share the experiences of the Central African Republic in organizing an economic forum abroad;- make recommendations that can help African countries in organizing an economic forum. From a methodological point of view, three methodological approaches were adopted to carry out this research paper. The first methodological approach is the capitalization of the author's experiences. This involves highlighting the author's experiences as a participant in economic forums, co-organizer, organizer at the national or international level. The second methodological approach used is documentary research (internet research, exploitation of reports etc.). The third methodological approach is the exploitation of the database of the preparatory team of the CAR economic forum
