She's coached thousands of leaders over 25+ years, and hosted workshops and conferences in 35 countries across the world. Her clients include BBC, Wates, Amnesty International, Houses of Parliament and UNICEF. She's a featured coach and partner for women's online memberships Allbright, Every Woman and Found + Flourish. She's written for or featured in The Economist Group, Start Ups Magazine, Thrive Global, D+I Leaders and Gapsquare. Katy is the Director of Catalyst Collective, equipping organizations to co-create more equitable and actively anti-racist workplaces. Katy was recently named 'one of the UK's Top 50 D+I Leaders' by Hive Learning. She lives in the Lake District, UK.
