Change.Points of View

I structured this manuscript as a blended write-up outlining a theoretical part and a practical core section dedicated to the management survey and its results. It starts by providing the reader with a review of definitions and concepts around change management and change and covers relevant literature and recent publications. It also highlights prevalent methodologies applied at leading management consultancies, thus combining theoretical and conceptual expertise with practical experience. With this snap shot at hand I will transfer to the main part, the management survey, where I will explain the applied methodology, the survey s implementation and some of its most staggering findings and their interpretation. The conclusion will give the insightful hints on further research and development in that particular field of change management.

Rebecca Gerth obtained her first degree in Business Administration and also graduated as MBA at WHU, the leading German Business School. She is team leader in the Corporate Audit Department at Clariant International AG. Previous experience include Controlling, Finance, Audit und Corporate Development / Change Management in Germany and abroad.
